We will be going from Strasbourg to Paris some weekday morning in Mid-Sept. Reservations are required. I'd like to retain flexibility by not reserving until the day before but I'm afraid the train might be sold out.Also, a rail pass with a discount works out to be a better savings than an outright purchase of the reserved ticket - unless I can't get on the train I want. Has anyone used this line recently enough to let me know if this is a "popular route" that sells out ahead of time? Thanks.
