Storage lockers in Versailles?

I do not see any recent posts that tell me if there are storage lockers at train stations in versailles. If so where, will they hold large backpacks, are they safe?We are leaving our apartment in paris in the morning and spending the day in Versailles before we are able to pick up our rental car. Anyone know if lockers are available or any other ideas. traveling around June 23

You won't find anything at the train stations. The Versailles Web site says that there is a free left-luggage office for strollers, backpacks, suitcases, and umbrellas at the entrance to the palace.
