Peter Greenberg was talking about this yesterday, he feels it's either shutdown or merger time. I guess there have been two failed merger attempts recently.
At this point, I don’t think merging is an option. The writings on the wall and why would you merge when you can buy the assets much cheaper at the fire sale?
