Spiez to Milan by train

Hello, I am travelling next month from Spiez to Milan before I connect to Venice. Firstly am I able to use my Eurail Sepect pass for this route and if so why is it that I cannot reserve these seats online. They only way to reserve them is from raileurpoe.com and they charge $28 per reservation when the website only charges 10 Euros but is unable to send via email like the other destinations in Italy. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank You

You can easily walk into the Spiez railstation (it's not large), show your railpass to the agent and buy your ticket. The agent will make all of the necessary fare adjustments. If you were at another Swiss train station before Spiez, I would suggest buying the Spiez/Milan tickets at this earlier station to get better seats. I realize that you would like online reservations but you are either going to pay for it or can't get them in tme.

Could it have something to do with the fact that Spiez is not in Italy? Spiez is in Switzerland, and I don't believe there are reservations on Swiss trains. Does your selekt pass include both Switzerland and Italy? Can you get reservations only for the part of the trip from Domodossola to Milan? Can you book Spiez to Domodossola and Domodossola to Milan separately.
