Hi,
I'm trying to buy tickets on the RENFE website and I submit all the information, press the submit button, and it tells me it's contacting my credit card company. Then it takes me to a G0001 error screen. I checked with my credit card company, and they haven't been blocking the charges. Upon emailing RENFE, I got an automated response suggesting I try using Internet Explorer on a PC, which I did. Still no luck.
Any suggestions/alternate ways to get tickets?

Follow the instructions on the Trip Advisor website, they worked for me (you must use the Spanish language version, English does not work).
