I've read about the agency www.rumbo.es for booking travel, especially discounted railway tickets on Renfe in Spain. Has anyone else using this helpline had experiencegood or badwith rumbo.es? Also, since Renfe itself seems so hard to cope with online from the USA, can someone recommend additional travel agencies to use for booking rail travel in Spain?

As I mentioned on your other post, I used Rumbo.es to purchase Renfe tickets. I recommend them for people who cannot get their credit card to work on Renfe. They were very responsive by email when there was one part of my transaction that would nto go through. The website for train ticket purchases is only in Spanish (as was their email). You can also try Petrabax, but they do not allow you to book online, you have to call them.
