slovenia to croatia

simple question. easiest, quickest way from LUJ to split? some answers have eluded to this topic but i did not get a clear sense of one answer. are there no direct flights at all?(side question) thanks. this will be mid september, the 26th or so. dp

Easiest and quickest is definitely driving. The other option is to take a train from Ljubljana to Zagreb and then a train or bus from Zagreb to Split. Unfortunately there are no flights between the two airports, since most people on this route just drive the distance.
