Had anyone used this service? It advertises a flat fee ride for 2-3 passengers between the airports for about 61 pounds, which is less than what the National Express is offering for it's coach service if you don't get the tickets weeks in advance.
If you have used the service, how do you deal with the vageries of late arrival, long lines at passport control, etc.?
