We are going on a bike tour and the trip ends in Scicli. What is the best method of transportation from Scicli to Agrigento then to Palermo.

But it appears Scicli to Agrigento will take 6-1/2 to 9 hours by train. The two options (of three total) taking less than 9 hr. 13 min. have at least two connections I'd consider too tight under the circumstances (7 or 8 minutes). This sounds like a pretty miserable journey.
The Agrigento-Palermo trip takes a very reasonable 2 h. 2 min. There are 6 to 10 departures a day (the lower frequencies are on weekends).

You could take a taxi to Gela (32 minutes) and then a train from there to Agrigento.
