Showering after night train to Charles De Gaulle

We are taking the night train to Paris Charles De Gaulle. We will then fly out within 5 hours after arrival in Paris. Does anyone know the best way to get a quick and cheap shower before my flight? My wife can watch our luggage while I take a shower. Any suggestions?

I'm not aware of any night trains that go directly to CDG. Do you mean that you will arrive at a Paris station in the morning and would like to take a shower before continuing on to CDG? IF so, I THINK one or more of the major train stations in the city have showers, but I don't know for sure.

Easiest way, I suspect, is to use your airline's lounge. Most lounges have showers. You can get a day pass which will allow you to bring guests typically for $50ish. Depending on the airline, you may be able to use any lounge in their system with the day pass. The advantage is that you and your wife have a nice quiet area to relax before your flight.

Rick Steves has said that most of the major train stations have "day hotels" where you can shower and rest up. I would try to contact the train station you will be arriving in to confirm.
