Short transfer time in Marseile St Charles train station doable?

Hello, a train reservation I need to make only allows 25 minutes to transfer within Marseille St Charles train station from a TGV Inoui platform to an Intercites one…I know the train station is fairly big & busy. None of the ‘maps’ I’ve found so far show how far the TGV platforms are from the Intercites. I will have one rolling carry on & one heavy bag so not quite equipped to run. Is anyone familiar with the lay out of these platforms & time it takes?

25 minutes sounds fairly comfortable to me, even in the largest train stations. Marseille has 14 tracks in a deadhead configuration, so you just walk from your arriving track to the head of the platform, then walk to your new track and out to your carriage. Should take you all of 5 minutes.

25 minutes is a pretty long connection time at any station in the world. Most stations won’t even announce the train’s platform until about that time, so a longer connection just means standing around waiting to see which platform you need to go to.

I took a TGV from Nice to St. Charles and changed to a TER to Aix last fall, it took about five minutes I think. You should be fine with 25 minutes, you may stand around awhile waiting to get the track for your next train. It's a big station but a simple layout based on my brief time there.

I'lll add that there are no stairs at St Charles. All on one level.
