My daughter who is currently in Italy broke her ankle and will need to travel without suitcases. Is there a service that we can use to ship her luggage from Florence, Italy to Nice, France or Ventemiglia, Italy--so we can pick up her luggage at the end of the trip and take home with us.

Try Googling Mailboxes Etc for the city where she is. I had pretty good luck finding places that way and shipping things from Europe.

Something to consider: both of my dd's when they spent their semesters or years' teaching English after college both were so sick of the clothes they wore day in and day out that they donated them rather than bring back suitcases full of dirty laundry that they knew they would not wear again.
Get rid of the excess, "nest" as many bags as you can in the largest, and take that home. It will be a lot cheaper.
