Share transportation Palermo airport to Hotel

I assume this is the RS tour? Not many people on the tours post here, but I did that tour as a single, and found the shuttle from the airport to the train station was simple and inexpensive. Just a couple of blocks walk to that hotel. A number of other tour members ended up on that same shuttle.

Letting folks know your arrival time would be helpful.

How many additional spaces are available?

LizinPA - we are taking the Sicily tour in June and were planning on taking the train into Palermo. Is the shuttle to get to the train station from the airport easy to find or can you give directions on where to catch it? Thanks!

There was a kiosk in the hall you enter after immigration where you buy the ticket and they point you to where the shuttle arrives. The info you get from RS a month out had very clear instructions.

Have you checked the tour documents in your account?
I don't recall the price, but the arrival tour document describes the choices and prices.

There is a bus and a train from the airport in Palermo to Palermo Centrale Rail Station.
Both have a couple of other stops before the last one.

Look at the Trenitalia train site.
The bus company is called Prestia e Comande.

One way is about E6 each.

Your hotel could tell you where to get off so you are closer to them.
Have a look at a map.

Looking at my Rick Steves Sicily tour documents, back in 2014, the shuttle from the airport into Palermo was €6.10. The name of the company was Prestia e Comande.

My Flight lands in Palermo at 13.50 coming from Zurich. I'm solo, so 3 more can fit in the taxi.
