I am flying from USA into Shannon Airport in Ireland, then i am taking the ireland paddywagon tour but it leaves out of dublin.
what would my options be to travel to dublin for my tour?
Train? Bus?

You can take buses all the way. Or you can take a bus to Limerick and the train from there. See www.buseireann.ie and www.irishrail.ie.

Another option is to rent a car. Best way to see Ireland, in my opinion.
