Seeking information for travel from Sicily to Salerno

That may depend on where you are in Sicily, but generally you can take the train, fly or go by ferry. The train is likely to take at least 5 hours. Flying would probably be the fastest. Check the DB website for routes and times. You won't be able to book there, but you can at least see how long it will take. Use Skyscanner to find flights. This is one website with information on the ferries, but that would be the slowest way to go. Good luck with your planning!

If you decide on train, use the Trenitalia website to plan your travel. You can get an idea of prices by using a current date (e.g. this coming Wednesday if that's your travel day), and you can use the website to purchase discounted tickets for regional and high-speed trains up to 120 days in advance. Be sure to register before buying tickets online.

Don't use trains, too slow on that route. Take a flight.
