Season ticket list wanted?

Would a list of season tickets (weekly/monthly) for major European public transportation systems be of interest for fellow forumites? The usual routine is: charge a lot on single tickets and offer cheap options for locals/long stays. So I have started compiling a list already. An entry would look like the one I'll post as a reply.
Thoughts? Opinions? Suggestions?

Michael: Ricks' book usually have a lot of information about tickets and short term passes. I don't need that information duplicated. I'd be interested, however, in any passes he doesn't discuss. For instance, when I went to Budapest, his book included passes up to a week. I was staying 10 days (with side trips). It turns out there are passes for 2 and 4 weeks and even longer, and these require a photo (shorter ones don't). I found the info elsewhere (including the Hungarian name for a "2 week pass," which I'm glad I had written down as the seller didn't speak English), but even then I didn't know how to buy the photo card and holder (luckily, the seller figured out that I'd need this help). In Prague, there are similar longer passes that Rick didn't mention, but these were all displayed by the ticket seller and didn't require a photo, so it was easy. In Amsterdam, he has info about single tickets and multi-day passes, as well as the Personal OV-Chipkaart that residents with bank accounts can get. But he didn't explain about the Anonymous OV-Chipkaart, which I found on TripAdvisor. It wouldn't be a good deal for most people, but it was great for me (it's valid anywhere in Holland, and although it costs 7.50 euros to purchase, the per-ride cost is about a euro). So, that's three cities (Budapest, Prague, and Amsterdam) where I know there are passes Rick didn't mention in his books, that I would have liked to know about. And for two of them, had I relied only on his book, I would have missed out on a good deal for me.
