I flew out of SEA again this week and as usual, always use the Centurion Lounge. They have been in the process of building a new one that was to open this past fall. It finally opened on Wednesday, the day I was there! It is absolutely beautiful! As you enter, it doesn't look very big, but you keep going and wow, it is huge! The decor is hard to explain, but sort of a world map on the walls and ceiling in the buffet area. The seating areas are plentiful and you have your choice of looking over the tarmac, looking over the central terminal, near the smoothie bar or near the buffet.
The old one by the B gates is closed and a sign said it was now in the Central Terminal. I went there and it took a while to find. As you look at that main area of the Central Terminal, it is on the left to the far back, and there is an elevator as it is on the mezzanine.
Since I was there for their grand opening, they were giving away jars of spice from the executive chef and then a free bag of coffee as I left. There is a coffee/smoothie bar, a huge regular bar, and best of all, all of the seating had electrical outlets. Oh how I wish they had opened in the fall when I had to most every week, but I will enjoy it now even though I should only have to fly every 3-4 weeks.
