Does anyone have any ideas on how to get from Glasgow, Scotland to Bayou, France? Your feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thank you. Millie
Fly easyJet from Glasgow International to Paris Charles de Gaulle, departing at 08:40 and arriving at 11:35. Take the RER B from CDG to Gare du Nord in central Paris. Walk through the connecting tunnels to the Magenta RER station. Take the RER E to Haussmann - Saint-Lazare. The ride will take about one hour. Trains from Paris to Bayeux depart from Gare Saint-Lazare. If your plane is on time, you get through immigration/passport control relatively quickly, and you don't have to stand in line very long to buy your train tickets, you might be able to catch the 13:45 train to Caen. Connect there to a regional train to Bayeux, arriving at 16:21. But everything would have to work perfectly for you to pull it off. If you experience any delays, you'll need to wait and take a direct train from Gare Saint-Lazare to Bayeux, departing at 15:06 and arriving at 17:21.
Tim just ended that discussion. Anything else is going to cost more and take longer.
Thank you for your assistance. I'll check it out! Millie
