I will be flying from Schipol to London on a Saturday in April. I will not be checking luggage, how early do I need to be at AMS?.
The standard for most airlines is two hours before domestic, three hours before international.
You can make an appointment for the security screening line. Appointments open up three days before your flight.
Have a great trip!
AMS is not a bad airport, but, for me at least, it has been one of the more unpredictable airports. You have passport control to do too, so I would do 3 hours. And if they do take appointments and if you find a link, please share it. Still, I would do 3 hours knowing you might get through everything in an hour (then coffee).

I was too slow to snag an appointment last fall, and I ended up in a line where a lot of bags were getting searched, including mine (after a long wait, they were never able to identify what flagged in my suitcase).
We did 3 hours but were flying back to MSP. With the pileup at security, I was glad we had arrived that early.
About two weeks ahead you can check the anticipated busy-ness of the airport in relation to your specific flight https://www.schiphol.nl/en/my-travel-day/today
