SFO to Schiphol arrive in the AM. 1hr 20 transfer time to catch plane to Milan? Should I expect one delays? Thanks

Please note the correct name of the airport; Schiphol, not Schipol.
We can help you better if you provide more details. When exactly are you flying? Which airline? Did you book this on 1 ticket?

Traveling next Tuesday arrive 9AM on KLM. Leaving on KLM same ticket.

Same ticket — good! If, for whatever reason, your SFO flight were significantly delayed, see how many flights go to Milan after the one for which you are scheduled. KLM can put you on the next available flight that has a seat. Double check.
