Scheduling TGV from CDG to Aix-En-Provence

Taking the train from CDG to Aix-En-Provence. 2 questions. One, is an hour and a half long enough to get off the plane, get my luggage, and make it to where I catch the TGV. Two, the economy non-exchangeable ticket is 1/3 the price of the the Freedom exchangeable ticket. Does it seem dumb to get the economy ticket? If I understand correctly, and my flight is delayed so I don't make my train, I'll have to buy a new ticket last minute.
What would you do? $50 vs $150

If your plane arrives on time and if you get through immigration/passport control without delays, you just might make it. However, unless I had an exchangeable ticket I wouldn't chance it. If you want to save money, book a later train. It sounds like you've gotten your fares from Rail Europe. You'll do better booking with www.tgv-europe.com. Book up to three months in advance and say that you live in Great Britain. If you enter USA, you'll be bumped to Rail Europe. If you get a Prem's fare, you can print your own ticket. You can pick up any other kind of ticket at CDG.

France, I would definitely recommend the later train or do what I'm doing and fly from SEA to CDG to MRS, then taking the bus to Aix. Have you already purchased your airline ticket?
