I will be traveling with 2 others with a Saver Pass. We are suppose to travel together. If, say one of us is sick that day can we still use the pass and not be fined or worse yet thrown off the train? Any experiences with this?

See www.eurail.com/eurail-conditions-of-use. There is only one pass with all people traveling together listed on the pass. If one person is missing on a given day, you won't get in trouble, but that day is consumed for all of the people.
