Some potentially good news during this summer of travel challenges: the pilot strike that has been disrupting Scandinavian Airlines for the past couple weeks has been settled, with the airline and pilot's union reaching a labor agreement for a 5.5 year contract. SAS says they expect operations to return to normal in the next few days, so by next week, at least this part of the summer travel challenges (flight cancellations and delays caused by the SAS pilot strike) should be over.
Uff da!
