SAS Agents very helpful

I must say that SAS customer service has been very helpful with getting my seat assignments in order due to my disability having low vision and knee pain at times.

When I call they answer the phone promptly. I called over to the Denmark call center using Google Voice with the US center was closed.

I am glad to hear this. The call center was very helpful when our SAS return flight, Copenhagen to Chicago, was canceled last minute in July. No sarcasm intended - the employee worked well with me to find an acceptable solution to the cancelled flight and provided clear instructions on how to apply for the reimbursements to which we were entitled. After learning of the cancellation 3 hours before take-off and after check-in had been confirmed, I needed a rational, helpful voice.
