Warning to American travelers, Sky Express has a 30kg limit on luggage. Pay 120 euro for anything over. Don’t expect anyone to help guide you or give you enough information. Expect a chaotic and crowded airport with little instructions until you’ made the trip to where you thought you should be. If you had this experience and can glide through it now congratulations, but don’t tell anyone who’s new to the Greek way it isn’t a problem.

Thank you for the warning, but isn't 30kg well above the weight limit of most other airlines (23kg)?

Most people on this forum are converts to packing light, so a weight limit of 66 lbs would not affect us. My bag weighs 22lbs fully packed and many on here can get down into the 17-19 lb range.
