Ryanair orders new planes

Ryanair has placed an order for 150 Boeing 737 Max 10 aircraft with an option for 150 more. These planes will replace many of the planes in their current fleet and are larger than anything they now fly. Deliveries between 2027 and 2032.

I'm guessing Ryanair believes travel will just continue to increase in years to come. Don't expect Europe to get any less crowded.

Ryanair plans to operate the Max 10s, ...., with 228 seats on board.

You will be snugged in. The 737-10 is 143 long

A 757 at 155 long had 200 seats.

Expect carry on bag rules to reflect how densely packed you will be.

The typical seating for 2 class 737-10 will be 188-204 seats.

Not only that, but I think we under estimate the amount of business travel that takes place between countries which are too slow and expensive by train.

No, those were 737 Max 8. These new planes are the Max 10. They haven't been certified yet but you can bet the FAA will be diligent on these.
