ryanair luggage restrictions

What is the exact weight limit for the carry on and checked in luggage for ryanair? We have found a few variations and want to be sure and not be charged. We're (2 adults, 2 children) travelling for 6 months and flying with Ryanair a few times and need to know. Thanks
