Nobody loved Ryanair, but bargain-seeking customers still made it Europe's busiest airline. Last year, following some sort of road-to-Damascus revelation, the airline introduced a charm offensive, raising eyebrows as high as B-737 trajectory. What's the result? High-flying profits.
