I am sorry if this topic has been covered but I am not sure I fully understand Ryanair's Family Plus plan and am looking for anyone who has experience with it. I am traveling with my wife, 1 teen, and 1 child and purchased the Family Plus package. When I look at my itinerary, it seems to indicate that I have an allowance for 2 "cabin bags" but no one else does. Just got off a chat with Ryanair. The agent stated that we all have 2 "cabin bags" and we as a family are allowed 2 checked bags. I cannot find verification of this anywhere on their website. I don't want any surprises at the gate. Has anybody used this package?
I would call again and see if a different agent gives you the same or different answer.
I just looked at the ryanair website for the 1st time ( what a nightmare!) and it indicates when selecting the family plus option 'adult #1" gets 2 checked bags ( 20kg each) included. Any additional checked bags require a fee.
I cannot make sense of the carry on allowance verbiage. ( or lack thereof)
Sorry, I have no 1st hand experience, but see why you have questions.
That's Ryanair we're talking about...

Seems to indicate that the agent is correct, and you have 2 x 20kg as well as priority boarding and two cabin bags for each family member.
Two cabin bags is a slight exaggeration, in that the 2nd bag is 40x25x20cm.
If you are still not sure after speaking with the airline reps, perhaps visit the FlyerTalk forums which has sections for almost every type of airline. Surely somebody there may be able to offer a first hand experience with what you describe.
