Ryanair actually has a way to book two seats for yourself whether you are large or not. And they will honor it.

Very interesting! I was fine with regular Ryanair seating, but it's nice to know that you could get the extra room if you wanted it, particularly since, even with the extra seat, it will still be a cheap flight.

Interesting note Frank, thanks! We got an extra seat last time we flew them the old fashioned way (put your middle initial on one ticket, and not on the other.. LOL) As big as the two of us are, their seats were still comfortable - but for the $50 it cost, why not? Good info. Thanks.

I really like flying Ryanair as they're cheap, save, efficient and very punctual. But every German tram or city bus has got wider seats and more legroom than a Ryanair aircraft. Especially if the flight including taxes is below €20 one-way I'd definitely go for the extra comfort seat - even though I fit in one regular one.
