Ryan Air Checked Baggage and Cabin Baggage

I booked a ROME-Barcelona with Ryanair and paid for 1 "Pax carrying 1 Checked in Bag" Does that mean that I can have ONE checked baggage and ONE Cabin Baggage (carry on) without extra cost for me?

As long as both bags meet the size and weight requirements, then....yes.
