Rome to Sorrento-Bus or Train?

In April we will be travelling From Rome to Sorrento. Would like TH feedback on better way to go. Im thinking that bus may be a little slower, but doesnt involve switiching in Naples. Thanks

Marozzi buses go from Roma Tiburtina to Sorrento in four hours. Buses depart at 15:00 Monday-Saturday. On Fridays and Saturdays there is also a 07:00 departure. On Sundays there is only one bus (07:00).

There is frequent train service. If you're packing light, making the connection in Naples is easy. After you arrive at Napoli Centrale, go to the lower level of the station and buy a ticket for the Circumvesuviana commuter train to Sorrento.
