I am not sure what you mean about trouble finding trains. You may be a little early for posting of summer schedule so just use the same day of the week for next week. There will be little change in schedule from one period to another. You may try bahn.de as it is a little easier to use for scheduling information.

You have to spell them in Italian: Roma, Napoli, and Venezia. I just checked July 16 and it displays hourly trains from Napoli Centrale to Venezia Santa Lucia, with a change at Roma Termini. The mini fare is 88 euros.

Eileen, did you find the trains? Those mini fares are worth going after. You do not need to wait like Frank suggested, you should book them now as they are limited.

I will try today thanks. Can i book this as one trip with 2 destination rome>naples, then naples>venice?
Is there only one train station in venice?

You would book them as separate trips as you will travel on different days. Naples to Venice will be on two trains, Naples to Rome and Rome to Venice, but it is booked as one ticket. Venice has several stations, which will appear in a drop-down menu when you start typing Venezia. The one you want is Venezia Santa Lucia, which is the one on Venice island. It will be in red. These are the fast EuroStar Italia trains (Frecciarossa, Frecciabianca, or Frecciargento) which are very nice, and fast. First class gets you a bit more seating room and a free beverage (prosecco) but second class is fine.

The base fare is the actual fare. The mini fare starts out much smaller (mini), at €9 initially, then goes up €10 at a time as the train fills up until it is very near the base fare. The base fare has few restrictions, the mini fare has many including that you must take the exact train in the exact seats you reserved.
