Rome to Hadrian's Villa near Tivoli

I've read Rick Steve's explanation of how to get from Rome to Tivoli (Hadrian's Villa) by metro and bus...and bus :-)
Has anyone successfully used an official tour company that could just take us directly there? Thank you!
