Can anyone suggest a transfer company that I could use to go from Rome FCO to Narni in Umbria please? I have looked at trains but am unable to prepurchase this ticket.

Regional trains tickets cannot be pre purchased too far ahead. In any case you don't need to pre purchase that ticket. Just buy it when you reach the FCO Station at a kiosk or at the ticket window. Cost is only 20 euros and takes you there in 1h 45min. Change at Rome Termini.
