Take the Leonardo Express train from Fiumicino to Roma Termini. Take a train from Termini to Napoli Centrale. Take a bus from Napoli Centrale to the port. See here. Take either a ferry or a hydrofoil to Capri. For ferry and hydrofoil timetables, go here.
