Restrictions on getting discounted BritRail pass for Eurail pass holders?

I recently bought a Eurail selectpass for 5 countries, for 15 days in 2 months. This summer I'm planning to use the Eurail pass for random travel during June and July, and then from August 1 to August 15 I'll be in the UK. If I purchase the discounted "Eurail passholder" version of the 15 consecutive day BritRail pass, will I run into any problems trying to validate the BritRail pass at the very end of July given that my 15 days of travel on the Eurail pass will definitely have all been used up by that time?
