Can I book “reservations” on specific trains on the DB Bahn web site using a SelectPass I purchased via RS? If I can, will DB Bahn accept a US Credit Card for on-line payment?

The DB site will only book reservation-only requests for trains within Germany and reservations are usually optional on the daytime trains. The DB site doesn't handle passholder reservations for international trips, which are required on most trains to France or Italy, so order those at http://ricksteves.raileurope.com/us/rail/point_to_point/triprequest.htm for any routes you're set on.
