Can someone get me a toll free phone number for DB Bahn as well as Trenitalia? I want to phone direct to make reservations.

Harry, I don't know about Deutsche Bahn, but I'm not sure that Trenitalia takes reservations by phone. Your best bet would be to use the website. You may find it helpful to have a look at the excellent www.roninrome.com as he provides an excellent tutorial on how to purchase using the website. It would help to have a few details on the rail trips that you plan on taking. Cheers!
