As was the case this past weekend RER from airport will be down for repairs again. Our friends arrived at T3 where they were able to take a bus (30 minute ride they started to worry they were on the wrong bus) to the RER station beyond the construction. We arrived T2 and with Rick's help found the Roissy Bus to the Opera house and boarded the metro to get to our final destination. Bus was packed (due to RER closure or its normal state I'm not sure), but everyone who boarded found a seat. Was a very acceptable alternative to RER. We followed the signs to Paris by train, walked past all the bus stops because we wanted to go down to the trains to be sure what the situation was (there were announcements in heavily accented English about Roissybus over the PA). We bought our Navigo passes and got confirmation about Roissey Bus from ticket office personnel (who also offered to direct us to a bus that would take us to T3 to find another bus to take us to the next RER stop beyond the construction), but we opted to walk back to find the Roissey bus. The only difficulty was an earlier bus arriving that had Roissey Port listed as one of its stops, which was a bit confusing, but the bus we ultimately took said Roissey Bus in big signage across it. If you arrive at T2 this coming weekend I'd highly recommend the Roissey Bus.
