I can buy a used car wholesale in the US and ship out of the Port of Houston for $850 with all the paperwork not including duty deposit in Europe. Is it better to buy or lease? What kind of car is good? How about a truck camper? Can the car be left at a hostel for rent or purchase?

I think we have seen this question before. Steve, can you consolidate to one posting please. You won't get better answers by speading it around and the volunteers on this helpline can get confused by trying to keep multiple posts on the same thing in the air at the same time. You may even find yourself confused by multiple posts. It may be best if you use the words in this post as a follow-up in your other post to which you have several answers.

Nigel, because this post answers a question asked on the other one, he may have meant to post a reply instead of a new thread. Steve, you might want to post this information on your earlier post about Options for a Car. Then you can delete this one. As Nigel says, this will keep everyone from being confused.
