I'll be taking a small group to Germany in September.
We'll be renting a van and I wanted to know if any of you have experience with either the VW Caravelle or MB Sprinter? The Mercedes is larger than the VW and will give us a little more room to spread out but I'm concerned about fuel. It's been 10 years since I've driven in Germany and then it was a small MB. Any help will be appreciated!

The Sprinter has a small diesel engine and gets about 25 mpg highway. Your results may vary!
