My dad wants to rent a car in Holland and the UK. He will be 90 yrs and my concern is about an age limit for some seniors. Anyone have age info for me?

Check the rental agency sites. A bunch have cut-off ages and many are different.

Yep, unfortunately at age 90, this is something he'll want to nail down and know, yes or no, before he goes and shows up at the counter. It's great that he's still willing to go for it, at age 90, driving in the UK--wow! But some of the rental car companies have been known to be a little poopy about this.
