Rental Car from Paris CDG to Normandy and beyond

Good morning. We are renting a Budget car at CDG on a Sunday and driving to Honfluer (overnight with M. Giaglis)with a stop at Giverny. Does anyone have experience driving the D104 from CDG to N14 to reach Giverny and Honfluer? Michelin driving map takes us around Paris on the A86 to autoroute A13/E5. I didn't want to drive that close to Paris if not necessary.

Also, doesn't the RER from Paris to CDG stop at Terminal 2?

Thank you.

Re: RER....yes it does stop at Terminal 2...it's also the lone stop for the TGV train at CDG. The D104 is a nice new, four-lane divided highway, "La Francillienne." I took it recently to get to a friend's place in Montsoult, so I haven't been all the way across, but it continues on as four lanes. Just be careful at the "Croix Verte" just outside of Montsoult....It's a roundabout, and if you don't watch the signs carefully, you may end up on the D-301! Take the third exit out of the roundabout. Remember the highway merges with N-184 (and assumes its number) just outside of Pontoise, where you'll be accessing the A-15/D-14/N-14.
