Just realized that I will be dropping rental car off in Chiusi on a Sunday. The rental office is closed but you can drop the car and keys. This is the downtown location. I am a little concerned not having an agent to check car in. Should I be? Also is the downtown location across from the train station? Should I change plans and drop off car on Monday?

I've dropped off rental cars during closed hours several times. It's a little disconcerting, of course, because there's no agent to confirm that the car was returned undamaged.
So I take photos of the car from every angle just to be sure. Then I drop the keys. I have never had problems.
