I know there is an old 2022 thread about this but I thought I would bubble it up to the top as SeatGuru info is Very Out of Date now. And there is nothing to indicate that on their website. I only noticed it as it was missing a particular plane for a carrier I wanted to check out the seat chart prior to possibly buying a ticket on that flight.

I contacted them to ask for an add of that plane for that carrier.

This is the answer I got back from them:

Thank you for your interest in SeatGuru. Currently we are not making additional updates to our content on the site and are unable to provide other support. -SeatGuru

It almost seems criminal that are not posting that on the main page! They are definitely getting ad revenue from those pages!

Good Reminder! As I understand it, Seatguru hasn't been updated since 2020 or so.... but TripAdvisor wants the $$$

This is the website lots of people now use. It doesn't give "seat reviews" but does have accurate seat maps that even pretty clearly reflect the 'spacing'

Thanks, Bill and Carol. I knew SeatGuru wasn't accurate, but didn't know an alternative.

I've also used Seat Maps, which I like as well. You can plug in your date/airline travel info and it will look up the seats based on that. Very accurate. https://seatmaps.com/
