Good luck. My son had a ticket with them a couple years ago and tried to cancel and get a refund and it was a very complicated process and in the end he never received anything despite qualifying based on the COVID terms and conditions at the time.

Since they have no US operations I can’t imagine they’re going to have a toll-free number or US number

And if you find one online do some research. There are a lot of scammers out there lately, pretending to be airlines.

We bought the Optima Fare and it says mo reimbursements but Time Flex offers this so it seems. One workaround would be to see about paying the difference to TimeFlex and then asking for a credit voucher or reimbursement.

Vuelling is an overall good airline and I booked it directly.
