Regalwings.com? Or other airfaire consolidators?

I'm flying to Europe in the fall, and I'm seeing ads for a company Regal Wings, that offers a very nice price on a business-class seat. Like, a thousand dollars less than the airlines, and believe me I have searched extensively! I'd love to not spend 10 hours cramped in a tiny economy seat. Has anyone used this company? Or any other ones like them? (I asked a travel agent, but she said her agency "didn't work with consolidators". I'm not sure what to make of that.) Regal Wings say they are NOT award-ticket sellers, which I know are iffy. How can I know if I am getting a legitimate ticket? My idea at the moment is: buy the ticket and then immediately call the airline and ask them if it is valid. If it is, great. Worst case scenario: the airline says it's bogus, I call my CC company, tell them it's fraudulent and deny the charge. But if I get the ticket, and the airline says it's good, it's good, right? Thanks in advance for any wisdom...
