Recommendation for RV Rental Companies in France

Could you kindly tell me those recommendations and if I use my AmEx card, they have inexpensive vehicle insurance available, but I haven't found any rental companies accepting AmEx in France.

If you go to the AutoEurope site, in the banner at the top of the page, choose “Specialty Rentals.” Then you can click Motorhomes and France. It has basic info but you’ll have to call their toll free number for a quote.
