I think I understand how to read the timetable for the Transilien website except for the column under 'more' and there's a yellow box with what to me looks like a guy with a shovel and dirt.
Can anyone tell me what this means? I have spent the last half hour googling trying to figure this out.

I must of 'missed' that when I click on Detail. Do you think that mean that it could disrupt the train schedule?
Without knowing exactly what page you are looking at it's hard to say but what you describe sounds like it might indicate construction activity.
The result page after you put in the day,starting point,destination and you get to the timetable
When I clicked on the "Details" tab next to the symbol on the English language page there was a message on the next page that said "more building can exist, please inform you in station". Sounds like construction in progress.
